Page 1 RIDER NO.2 TO CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH WORLD BANK GROWTH AND SOCIAL PROTECTION TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROJECT IN DOMINICA (TF070925) FOR AN EXTENSION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD AND REALLOCATION OF BUDGET The objective of this rider is to amend Article 3 and Article 9/Annex III of the Contribution Agreement to extend the implementation period from twenty six (26) months to twenty eight (28) months and to allow reallocation of the budget. The two-month extension and budget reallocation of the Agreement would allow for the successful completion of all EU financed activities under the project. The said Contribution Agreement is amended as follows: 1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS ARTICLE 3 — COMPLETION DATE This Article is amended to read as follows: It is expected that the Grant funds will be fully utilized in accordance with the provisions of this Administration Agreement by 31 August 2010 (completion date). The Bank shall only disburse the Grant funds for the purposes of this Administration Agreement after such date upon the approval of the Commission.
