Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany, acting through
the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development concerning the trust fund for the Global Agriculture and
                    Food Security Program (GAFSP) (MTO No. 069015)


1.      Reference is made to the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany, acting
through the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (the “Contributor”) and
the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “IBRD”) as trustee
(the “Trustee”, and together with the Contributor, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) of the trust fund
for the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (MTO No. 069015) (the “Trust Fund”),
effective as of December 4, 2014, as amended (the “Agreement”).

2.      The Trustee acknowledges that the Contributor agrees to provide the sum of one hundred
million Euros (EUR 100,000,000) (the “Supplemental Contribution”) for the Trust Fund in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

3.      The Contributor shall deposit the Supplemental Contribution by December 10, 2020 into
such bank account designated by the Trustee upon submission of a payment request by the Trustee.

4.       When making the deposit, the Contributor will instruct its bank to include in its payment
details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message, information
indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Contributor for MTO No. 069015 (the
Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP)), and the date of the deposit.

5.      Immediately upon receipt of the Supplemental Contribution funds, the Trustee will convert
such funds into United States Dollars at the exchange rate obtained by the Trustee on the date of
the conversion.

6.      All other terms of the Agreement will remain the same.

7.      The Trustee will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Amendment, the Contributor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information on
this Trust Fund.
8.       Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to
enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are
requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Trustee of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
