TSCP AF approved in September 2015 is now effective and will help finance maritime and road safety investments. The AF became effective in February 2016. The activities under the PRIF grant and the two remaining aviation investments under TSCP (the airport terminal expansion and the fire fighter’s station) were completed. New activities using the TSCP AF funding have started, with the procuring of project support contracts; the sector reform study; and technical advising positions.
