Financial management: The Bank conducted a review of the financial management systems in the project Based on the review, the Financial Management team concludes that the existing arrangements for continuing adequacy and reliance of the financial management systems for the project as reviewed are adequate and meet the minimum requirement for financial management under OP/BP 10.02. Procurement Issues: Overall procurement risk is rated as moderately satisfactory. Center for Urban Transportation (CUT): All CUT Board members have been appointed except the Chief Executive Officer of CUT and representative of Transport Operators. An Acting Chief Executive is in place until the substantive Chief Executive Officer is appointed in line with the law establishing the CUT. Core technical staff of CUT have also been recruited.
