          Transfer from Surplus to Fund the Grant Facility for Project Preparation


RESOLVED:

    THAT IBRD transfer from surplus, by way of grant, US$100 million as of the effective
date of this resolution, to the Grant Facility for Project Preparation (the “Trust Fund”) administered
by the Bank, such transfer proceeds to be drawn down as needed for the purposes of the Trust Fund.
