In April 2022, the PDO was assessed as relevant and close to being fully achieved. The first PDO indicator is “Share of project classrooms where ICT is used”. The end target is 70%, and the Project has achieved 100%. The second PDO indicator is “The proportion of trained teachers whose teaching practice meet the minimum threshold in targeted competences”. The end targets for both backbone teachers and teachers trained in ICT is 70%, and the data collected in 2020 from classroom observation showed 66% for backbone teachers, and 64% for teachers trained in ICT. It is expected that the targets for both will be met. The next data collection is in progress and the result is likely to come out in June/July 2022. There are 19 intermediate results indicators. Fifteen out of the nineteen indicators, which are related to ICT, participants satisfaction with training, and policy guidance papers, were achieved or overachieved; Four indicators on training of teachers are on track to be achieved by December 2022.
