As of now, the Project Coordination Team (PCT) has been staffed in Kinshasa and the provincial recruitment is expected to be finalized by end of February 2025. The PCT has started key activities related to civil works, textbooks, and teacher evaluation. There is a need to accelerate the pace of project implementation to ensure that major project interventions will start with the beginning of the school year 2025-2026. 5.
