KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project is on track to achieving its objectives. As of April 2024, 231,546 households (exceeding the target of 200,000) have received the Emergency cash transfers for COVID-19 response. 32,033 households (39 percent over its original target of 23,000) have received conditional cash transfers. In addition, the project also supports households carrying out micro-projects to invest in Income Generating Activities. To this end, 18,982 out of 21,000 planned micro-projects have already been set up and have received the first grant installment. With the new impetus given to the implementation of the project, with the recruitment of a new coordinator and a new fiduciary team, the project is expected to deliver services to 2,600 youth in 2025. 5.
