The Vulnerable Family Program, which was expanded in May 2024, continues to provide timely conditional cash transfer payments to 5,000 vulnerable households. The content and approach of the supporting Parental Education Program has been revamped and is expected to be rolled out at the beginning of 2025. The new social protection management information system is operational and supporting project implementation. Overall, all Project Development Objectives indicators are met or on track to be met: (i) 96 percent of beneficiaries belong to the lowest two quintiles of the income distribution (target: 95 percent); (ii) 74.5 percent of staff from the Directorate of Social Protection, Solidarity, and Family managed to pass a test on social protection delivery systems (target: 80 percent); and (iii) the cumulative number of beneficiaries of social protection programs financed by the project stands at 17,495 (target: 16,000). Consequently, the project Mid-Term Review did not identify a need for immediate adjustments or restructuring. 5.
