The selection process for the design of the new facility is ongoing with an expected contract signing in January 2025. With the current allocation of US$3.5 million from the original grant, the proposed AF of US$2 million, and the CAPEX loan of US$8 million, the estimated cost of construction of US$13.5 million will be entirely covered. Additionally, the contract for technical assistance with the Trimbos Institute, to support the implementation of Component 1, is expected to be signed by end of December 2024, with a planned start of the assignment by January 2025. 5.
