KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The overall progress is delayed. The design/technical studies required as inputs for the procurement of key project components (works and equipment) have continued to face delays. Since the implementation of the major elements of the project to improve operational safety and navigation efficiency of air transport in Grenada have not yet commenced, it is unlikely that the development objectives of the project will be achieved by the completion date of June 2026. 5.
