KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions Key progress includes (i) for school construction (out of 14 schools in total), civil work contracts have been signed for all schools; (ii) for school rehabilitation (out of 23 schools), civil work contracts have been signed for all schools except for two large schools in Tbilisi, which will be signed in the coming weeks; (iii) SRP classroom rehabilitation has been completed in 146 schools, 4 classroom will be completed and operational by September 2025; (iv) Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) pilot is being implemented at 120 schools; (v) Higher Education funding model has been developed and is being discussed with the stakeholders and MOESY; (vi) activities for supporting the national assessment reform initiated; and (vii) contracts signed for developing a new LMS and revamping the e-School system.
