The Legal Agreement was signed on July 17, 2023. The project became effective on February 14, 2024, and the Ministry of Health held an official project launch in April 2024. The project has shown strong disbursement (standing currently at 25%) and implementation pace in the last 6 months, with a significant number of health professionals being currently enrolled in national or international post-graduate training programs. 5.
