KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The Project made notable progress during between April and October 2024. Key achievements include the initiation of Risk-informed Road Assets Management Study (RAMS), design and supervision (D&S) consultancy for Soubise/Marquis Coastal Protection Works, and D&S consultanty for Construction of the Balthazar Bridge. The capacity of Project Management Team (PMT) has been enhanced by the recruitment of a dedicated Project Managerand a Senior Project Engineer. The Word Bank will continue working closely with the PMT and providing necessary support as the preparation of resettlement action plan, RAMS, and two D&S consultancy activities progress. 5.
