The Government is working on addressing these and rectifying the performance of the slow advancing contracts. The World Bank is actively engaged in the process to support the Government to improve the overall performance of the project. The implementation of the Capacity Building activities is progressing well, with several activities picking up speed, including those with the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development, Ministry of Local Government and the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA). 5.
