Ahead of project closing on December 31, 2024, the Project is close to meeting and even surpassing, all its targets and achieving the project development objective. As of September 15, 2024, 15 of the 16 key performance indicators (KPIs) have been achieved and surpassed. The remaining KPI for completion is the delivery of a total of fifteen (15). Completion of this target is expected before the Project ends December 31, 2024. Ahead of project closing, the implementing agency Department of Social Welfare and Development will focus on the following: 1. Sub-project closing activities: Ensure completion of all prescribed sub-project activities, including Functionality Audit of sub-projects, Accountability Reporting Sessions, Sustainability Planning Workshops, Operations and Maintenance Planning, and conduct of Sustainability Evaluation of eligible sub-projects. 2. Procurement: Update and complete all relevant procurement and contract information and documents in the online procurement system. 3. Fiduciary closing requirements: Ensure that all the activities are completed, and goods and services are delivered and accepted on or before the closing date to be eligible for loan financing and retain key project staff, to be funded by Government of Philippines, to perform all post-closing activities. 5.
