The Additional Financing credit is in the amount of SDR18.4 million (equivalent to US$26 million at the time of approval), of which 100 percent has been disbursed (accounting for SDR-USD exchange rate losses). The final four civil works contracts (for the rehabilitation of the East Demerara Water Conservancy Northeastern Dam), in the total amount of US$ 7.2 million, are ongoing. The only other ongoing activity (Drainage Intervention - Rehabilitation of Ogle and Liliendaal Drainage Catchment Areas) is on track for planned physical completion in October 2024. The completed interventions include: (i) rehabilitation of the sluice gates at Ogle, and (ii) two mobile pumps (with a capacity of 1.2 m3/s each) for Ogle. The Liliendaal activities ((i) replacement of the existing pumps (8.5 m3/s total capacity), and (ii) extra pumping capacity (8.5 m3/s, which is an increase from the planned 4 m3/s to increase efficacy of the pump station)) are approximately 75% completed and are on track for completion by the end of October 2024. Overall implementation progress is Satisfactory based on satisfactory ratings for two out of three Components, Project Management, Financial Management, Safeguards, and Monitoring & Evaluation. 5.
