KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The major milestone of awarding the Bheri Pumping Sub-Project Package 1 (BP1) contract has been achieved. This is the first contract awarded at the municipal level and the largest contract planned under the project. This was a key project milestone, contributing close to 30 percent of IDA commitments. There are ongoing delays in other municipalities. All municipalities should award their first water supply contracts by December 30, 2024, and complete the first public toilets by June 30, 2025. Funds should be allocated to municipalities that demonstrate satisfactory progress. 5.
