We also refer to (i) your letter dated March 12, 2024, requesting restructuring of the Project; and (ii) your letter dated July 28, 2024, requesting for an extension of the Closing Date of the Project. Please note that the capitalized terms used in this letter (“Amendment Letter”) and not defined herein have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Agreements. In view of the above, the Bank agrees to amend the Agreements as follows: 1. Loan Agreement (Loan No. 91390) (a) The Disbursement table under Section III.A of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety as reflected in Annex A. (b) The table on Performance-Based Conditions under Schedule 4 to the Loan Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety as reflected in Annex B. (c) The Closing Date in paragraph 7 of Section III.B of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement is amended to read as December 31, 2025. 2. Additional Loan Agreement (Loan No. 92820) -2- The Closing Date in paragraph 7 of Section III.B of Schedule 2 to the Additional Loan Agreement is amended to read as December 31, 2025. 3. Second Additional Loan Agreement (Loan No. 93480) (a) The Disbursement table under Section III.A of Schedule 2 to the Second Additional Loan Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety as reflected in Annex C. (b) The table on Performance-Based Condition under Schedule 2 to the Second Additional Loan Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety as reflected in Annex D.
