Overall, the Project implementation is rated moderately satisfactory, and the teams are making deliberate efforts to fast-track implementation, especially on Component 1 where progress has been slow. 2. Under component 2, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education is about to finalize its students' scholarship program aimed at improving women’s participation and leadership role in teaching, nursing, and midwifery professions. The academic year is to begin in November 2024. 3. Significant progress has been made towards the hiring of the core staff positions. Arrangements to draw support from the Somalia Education for Human Capital Development Project Management Unit have been formalized to ensure that both Rajo Kaaba project and the SEHCD project can maximize on staffing arrangements and capacity. 5.
