In addition, 13 sub-investments are in the investment approval pipeline. The Working Women Hostel project is now operational. The Vision Statement for Third Master Plan of Chennai Metropolitan Area has been prepared and will soon be released for public feedback. The review of Tamil Nadu Combined Development Building Rules 2019 and the Tamil Nadu Slum Improvement Act is in its final stage. Additionally, the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board (TNUHDB) is now applying its Sustainability Framework processes, including energy saving and thermal comfort measures, in all new projects. Ongoing critical activities by TNUHDB include the introduction of accounting reforms, introduction of an Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP), the operationalization of the Tamil Nadu Integrated Housing Information System (TNIHIS), and identification of rental housing projects under public private partnership (PPP) model. 5.
