                                 Extension of Closing Date

Dear Honorable Minister,

       We refer to the Financing Agreement (“Financing Agreement”) between Tuvalu
(“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”), dated February 25,
2015, for the Energy Sector Development Project (“Project”), as amended. We also refer to your
letter, dated July 30, 2024, requesting the Association to extend the closing date of the IDA Grant
Number D029-TV provided for under the Financing Agreement.

     I am pleased to inform you that the Association agrees with your request and accordingly has
established March 31, 2026 as the later date for the purposes of Section IV.B.2 of Schedule 2 to
the Financing Agreement.
