Amendment 1 to the Supplemental Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great
     Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development
     Office, and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
         Development Association regarding the Cooperation in International Waters in Africa
                                       Multi-Donor Trust Fund
               (Trust Fund No. TF072642 parallel to original Trust Fund no. TF071597)



1.      Reference is made to the Supplemental Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain
        and Northern Ireland, acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (the
        “Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
        Development Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Participants”
        and each a “Participant”), regarding the Cooperation in International Waters in Africa Multi-Donor
        Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TF072642) (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of October 31, 2016 (the
        “Supplemental Arrangement”).

2.      The Participants mutually decided to amend the Supplemental Arrangement as follows.

        (a)     A new paragraph 7 is inserted in the main text of the Supplemental Arrangement to read
                as follows, with the succeeding paragraphs renumbered accordingly:

                “7.     The Participants mutually decided that the End Disbursement Date for purposes of
                the Parallel Account is May 31, 2031.”

        (b)     Paragraph 8 (formerly paragraph 7) of the Supplemental Arrangement is amended to read
                as follows:

                “8.     For clarity: (a) subject to Sections 6 and 7 above, all other terms of the
                Administration Arrangement, as such terms may be amended from time to time, will apply
                to the funds in the Parallel Account; and (b) all funds in the Original Account will be
                governed by the terms of the Administration Arrangement, as such terms may be amended
                from time to time, without regard to this Supplemental Arrangement.”

3.      All other terms of the Supplemental Arrangement will remain the same.

4.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter
         into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participants are requested to
         sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment
         and respective amendments signed by all other donors to the Trust Fund, this Amendment will
         become effective as of the date of the last signature.
