          Uganda Climate Smart Agricultural Transformation Project
                                 Corrigendum

       We refer to the Financing Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Republic of
Uganda (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”)
dated February 27, 2024, for the above referenced Project.

        We have noted that due to an oversight, Category 1 of the disbursement table
under Section III.1 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement incorrectly reflects the percentage
of the expenditures to be financed by the Credit. To rectify the error, Category 1 of the
said disbursement table is hereby modified to reflect the correct percentage as set forth
below:
