  After the restructuring, the project is getting back on track towards achieving its development objective. The working
  groups at the MOH and HTIs made strides in the development of curricula, training of faculty members, procurement of
  equipment, implementation of competency-based education (CBE) courses, and standardization of practice sites. Three
  of the four PDO indicators and fourteen of the eighteen intermediate results indicators showed remarkable progress
  toward achieving their end targets. The Project Management Team commits to maintaining the positive momentum by
  accelerating the implementation of the 2024 work plan and procurement plan, and improving disbursement rates.
