We also refer to your letter dated November 27, 2024, requesting the Association for partial cancellation and restructuring of the Project. We are pleased to inform you that the Association, after due consideration, agrees to your request and proposes to amend the Financing Agreement as set forth below: 1. In view of the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.01 of the IDA General Conditions, applicable to the Financing Agreement, the Association hereby cancels, as of November 27, 2024, an amount of the Financing equal to Euro 105,761,482.33. As a result of this cancellation, the withdrawal table set forth in Section III.A. of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement is revised to read as set forth in the Annex-1 to this Amendment Letter. 2. The following parts of the Project, as described in Schedule 1 (Project Description) to the Financing Agreement are amended to read as follows: a) “2.2 Cyber security and Digital Services for Citizens. (i) BCC strengthening email security for government email accounts” b) “3.2 Strengthening and Promoting the IT Industry (i) Enhancing government support to promote local IT firms in global markets and facilitating partnerships with international companies or client acquisition through, inter alia: developing an international business development strategy, creating a target client and partner database, organizing business development trips for local IT firms to engage with key international executives, and providing business development support to help local firms establish and grow their presence in global markets.” 3. The Results Framework agreed further to Section II. of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement is revised and attached as Annex-2 to this Amendment Letter. 1818 H Street NW  Washington, DC 20433 USA -2- Except as specifically amended by this Amendment Letter, all other provisions of the Financing Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Association will disclose this Amendment Letter and related information in accordance with the World Bank’s Policy on Access to Information. Please confirm your acceptance to the foregoing by signing and dating the two originals of this Amendment Letter, retaining one original for your records and returning the other original to the Association.
