Tamil Nadu Shelter Fund Tier-II (TNSF) has approved 14 sub-investments comprising both private sector and public-private-partnership investments. The Working Women Hostel sub-project is operational and the average occupancy in the 10 locations is more than 90 percent. The first phase of the market assessment has been completed, while the second phase is expected to be completed by May 2025. Component 2: Strengthening of Tamil Nadu’s urban housing institutions for enhanced sustainability. Critical technical assistance activities are expected to be completed by the June 30, 2025 closing date, except for one which the Government will complete after the closing date. 5.
