Subject:   Project Financial Statements for the year ended September 30,2022
and until March 31,2023 '
The Department of Social Welfare would like to express its sincere thanks to you and your
team for support provided. The Department has been implementing the MCCT4N project
(IDA 64940-MM) in Ayeyarwady Region and Shan State since 2019-2020 fiscal year
through a co-financing method between the Government's budget and IDA loan.
As you are aware of, the activities of the project have been paused with the letter from the
World Bank dated by 22-2-2021(WB/014-FEB/2021) and the Department is not able to use
the remaining budget deposited at EDM 600030.
So, The Department of Social Welfare would like to state that there is no financial statement
for the year ended September 30, 2022 and until March 31, 2023.
