These contracted partners will support the Ministry of Education in the delivery of foundational, and technical and vocational skills training for approximately 50,000 beneficiaries. • Component 2: The Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education has enrolled 2,400 female scholarship students nationally in priority diploma degree programs (teacher training, nursing, and midwifery) in selected 26 colleges.
