KEY ISSUES & STATUS Mar 19, 2025 Page 1 of 8 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Social Protection Enhancement Project (P160674) 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions This is the last ISR under the project which closes on March 20, 2025. The ISR covers progress achieved from September 2024 to February 2025 based on regular and weekly virtual meetings with the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD). Both the Project Development Objective and Implementation Progress Ratings are rated Moderately Satisfactory. The project has made significant strides in enhancing social support and management systems. The Cash Transfer Program (CTP) has exceeded its stated target, reaching over 45,000 poor households against an end target of 5,000 poor households. The Social Registry (SR) now captures data from 548,610 households, expanding its reach to include those affected by COVID-19 and the October 2023 conflict. System integration has progressed, linking the SR with three ministries while efforts for additional linkages are underway. The Case Management System (CMS) is linked with four MoSD programs and services, with further enhancements planned under the proposed second phase of the project. 5.
