KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions Under Component 1, contractors have fully mobilized on Route Nationale 2 (RN2) and RN7, and preparations are ongoing for a start of road works early April 2025. The contractor is about to mobilize on RN4. Regarding works on RN5, procurement is well advanced, and contract signing is expected in March 2025. Various studies and technical assistances are in progress under Component 2. Under Component 3, works financed by the activated contingent emergency response have been completed. 5.
