                                               Corrigendum

Excellency:

         We refer to the Loan Agreement between the Kingdom of Morocco ("Borrower") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("Bank"), dated February 28, 2025, and the
Disbursement and Financial Information Letter (the "DFIL") for the above-referenced operation.

        We have noted that the Loan Agreement and the DFIL reflected an incorrect Loan Number.
Therefore, the Loan Number indicated in the Loan Agreement and the DFIL is hereby replaced with the
Loan Number 9764-MA.

        All other provisions of the Loan Agreement and the DFIL, except as herein revised in this
corrigendum, shall remain in full force and effect.

       We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
