The Project Management Unit and nine Project Implementation Units are operational and functioning efficiently. Agri-zone cluster development plans have been developed for 18 value chains in the nine locations, covering two commodities per site. Additionally, 48 existing farmer groups have been transformed into Korporasi Petani (KPs), and 1 secondary-level cooperative has also been formed in the province of Nusa Tenggara Barat, regrouping four KPs. All 49 cooperatives have initiated the development of their business plans in order to apply for matching grants under Component A. A total of 325 applications have been received for competitive grants under Component B, which aims to facilitate the dissemination of priority technologies. A detailed action plan has been agreed upon with the Government of Indonesia to accelerate implementation. 5.
