The grant agreement supporting the implementation of the voucher program for children from 3-5 years old on SAS has commenced and is currently at the pre-piloting stage in selected municipalities of Kosovo. The full-scale implementation of the voucher program will commence in a few months after the pre-pilot is finalized, and lessons learned are addressed in the voucher program guidelines. 5.
