KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project has made steady progress since October 2024,achieving several importance milestones, including the advancement of the two design and supervision (D&S) consultancies for Balthazar bridge and coastal protection activities at Soubise and Marquis, with conceptual designs underway; the finalization of two interim reports under the Risk- informed Road Assets Management Study (RAMS); the development of two technical memos for flood detention options in Grenville; and completion of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for Balthazar Bridge. Additionally, the capacity of Project Management Team (PMT) has been further enhanced by the recruitment of an Environmental Specialist. The World Bank will continue working with the PMT to drive project progress while also preparing a comprehensive evaluation on the project's efficiency and efficacy as it approaches Mid-Term Review. 5.
