         Sir,

                 We refer to the Grant Agreement for the above referenced Project, entered into
         between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, acting as an
         Implementing Agency of the Global Environment Facility (“GEF”), and the Inter-
         American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture on December 3, 2024, and to the
         Disbursement and Financial Information Letter (“DFIL”) regarding the same Project.

                  We have noted that, due to an involuntary oversight, the GEF Grant Number
         referenced on the cover page and on the header of the first page of the Grant Agreement
         and on the reference paragraph of the first page of the DFIL were misidentified as
         TF0B2743.

                   Through this communication, we are rectifying this oversight: the existing trust
         fund number TF0B2743 embedded in the legal documents for this Project (including, but
         not limited to, the Disbursement and Financial Information Letter of December 3, 2024) is
         replaced with the new TFB9662-BR. All future correspondence regarding this Project
         should refer to the new trust fund number.

        Furthermore, please be advised that the Environmental and Social Commitment
Plan (ESCP) has also been revised to substitute all references to the National Rural
Learning Service (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural – SENAR) with the Inter-
American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (Instituto Inter-Americano de
Cooperação para Agricultura – IICA). The updated version of the ESCP shall be published
on ICCA’s website at the earliest opportunity. All other provisions of the Grant Agreement,
the DFIL and the ESCP shall remain unchanged.
