KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions Overall Project implementation is progressing satisfactorily and almost all project activities would be completed before the Project Closing Date of June 30, 2025 with the exception of a small number of activities that were impacted by the September 2024 flood which will be completed by October 30, 2025. The project will achieve its development objectives. All investments under the project was proven very effective in protecting lives, infrastructure and livelihood during the recent flood, and the flood demonstrated the need for continuation of additional investment in flood protection and management. 5.
