KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The performance of PRMSC has remained steady during the reporting period July-December 2024, and critical improvements have been made to Project Management and Safeguards implementation. This is reflected in the rating upgrade for both to Satisfactory. Fund utilization has increased to 88 percent compared to 64 percent at the time of the last ISR, and the Project is on track to meet disbursement projections for FY25. The Project's Mid-Term Review (MTR) will be held on April 7-11, 2025. 5.
