KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The Project's implementation status and key decisions are summarized as below: Silos construction : The progress of silo construction is as follows : • The Mymensingh is fully completed and has been handed over to DG Food. The silo is already under operation and is storing 15,000 MT of wheat. • The Madhupur silo is also at completion stage. The DG Food has deployed staff in the site. • The Barishal silo construction is completed and handing over to DG Food is ongoing. • The Ashuganj silo is at 79% completion. • The Khulna silo is at 89% completion. • The Narayanganj silo is at 76% completion. • The Chattogram silo is at 67% completion. The PMU would undertake weekly visit/meetings to the remaining 4 silos to ensure works completion by June 30, 2025 as per agreed work schedule. Integrated Food Policy Research Program: All the deliverables have been submitted. Food Stock & Market Monitoring System (FSMMS): the contract's implementation has been experiencing significant delays. The system will go live by March 25, based on work schedule presented by the contractors and agreed by the PMU. 5.
