KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions This ISR is based on the mission’s findings held during November 13-29, 2024. The mission’s objectives were to evaluate the project’s implementation progress and advise the client on the resolution of the key issues. The project’s performance significantly increased over the last 6 months. Disbursement rate to date has reached US$82.72 million or 60 percent of the total Net Commitment. The project adopted proactive approaches to resolution of the issues under the project’s control, which allowed to advance implementation of the activities towards the achievement of the Project Development Objectives (PDO). Key agreed actions include finalizing the project’s restructuring, expedite preparation and implementation of the remaining activities under component 2, and implementing the streamlined risk-based approach of environmental and social risks management. 5.
