KEY ISSUES & STATUS 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project was restructured in December 2024, resulting in a partial cancellation of SDR4.5 million (equivalent to US$6.4 million) and the cancellation of (i) storm water civil works, (ii) storm water master plan, and (iii) purchase of hazmat equipment. The PDO and a few Results Framework indicators were also revised to reflect the cancellation of activities. The remaining project activities are making good progress towards completion by the closing date of June 30, 2026, and achievement of the targets of the indicators in the revised Results Framework. 5.
