This will be achieved by improving business processes of selected offices, increasing awareness in citizens about the Ombudsman offices, enhancing capacity, and by implementing a citizen feedback mechanism to measure citizens’ satisfaction. Since than, the Bank continuously followed up to ensure that the agreement is signed. Finally, the Grant Agreement and the Subsidiary agreement were signed. All the formalities are now completed. the Special Bank Account has been opened, specimen signature letter has also been sent. The first advance amount was requested by FTO and processed by the the Bank. Since there are no specific effectiveness condition, as such, the project has been declared effective. Public Disclosure Copy As a next step, the mission recommends that implementation starts as soon as possible. The borrower has already prepared the Terms of Reference of the individual consultants as well as the consulting firms and will start the process of hiring a project manager/coordinator soon who can help in implementation, coordinate and follow up on various activities and components and also help with the international conference. The project is planning an International OIC conference which will build future network, create awareness, help in best practise, knowledge sharing, etc. So in order to get maximum out of this conference, the planning for this needs to start asap and invitations should go out to various countries to block their calendars.
