The European Union, represented by the European Commission, itself represented by the Delegation
of he European Union to the Republic of Guinea,

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, The International Development Association,
the International Finance Corporation and ihe Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, collectively,

on the other part,
have agreed as follows:
the following provisions of Administration Agreement "TFO71759 - Establishment of the Public
Procurement Regulatory Agency in Guinea / European Union Trust Fund Number FED/2011/274-358"
concluded between the EU and the World Bank Group on September 19, 2011 are hereby
replaced/completed as follows:
Section 2.03. It is expected that the Contribution will be fully utilized in accordance
with the provisions of this Administration Agreement by June 30, 2014. The End
Disbursement Date can only be modified with the agreement of both Parties pursuant
to Article 9 of the General Corditions.
Annex III: Indicative budget will be replaced by Appendix 1 to the present addendum.
All other terms and conditions of the Administration Agreement remain unchanged. This addendum shall
ent r into force on the later date of signature by the Parties
