We are pleased to inform you that, pursuant to your request dated February 13, 2014, the Association accepts to amend the Agreement as follows. 1. Part 3 of the Project Description under Schedule I to the Agreement is amended by adding a new subparagraph (f) to read as follows: "(f) distribution of about 25,000 off-grid solar lighting products". 2. The tables in Sections IV A.2 and VI paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement (Amendment to the Original Financing Agreement) are amended as per the Attachments I and 2 to this Letter. All terms of the Agreement not hereby amended shall remain in full force and effect. Please confirm the Recipient's agreement to the foregoing by having an authorized official of the Recipient sign and date both enclosed copies of this Letter of Amendment and returning one to the World Bank. This Amendment shall become effective on the date of the Recipient's countersignature.
