                         Implementation Status Overview
                          Implementation progress continues to be solid, particularly regarding the allocation of loan resources; meanwhile, as large procurement processes for works and goods are
                         completed, physical implementation of approved sub-projects and related disbursement is also starting to pick up pace .
                         Currently, the total allocation stands at 77% of the amount of resources initially earmarked for provincial and national sub-projects, and the portfolio of activities to be supported is
                         expected to be finalized by December 2011.

                         The supervision strategy will thereafter shift from a focus on the preparation of a solid pipeline of subprojects to ensuring the quality and timeliness of implementation of the
                         infrastructure and technical assistance activities, coupled with strong monitoring and evaluation systems to quantify outputs and impacts at the level of subprojects and the program
                         as a whole.
