Excellency:
I am writing on behalf of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
("IBRD") and the International Development Association ("IDA") (IBRD and IDA, collectively,
the "Bank") to correct an error in the Grant Agreement dated August 13, 2013 for the above
mentioned Trust Fund Grant.
The Grant Agreement referred to TF014508, when it should instead have referred to
TF010157. All other terms of the Grant Agreement remain unchanged and in force. All future
correspondence regarding this Grant will refer to TF010157.
