Original/Current Project Development Objectives/Outcomes 
The project's global objective is to overcome three barriers to energy efficiency market development and 
financing: (i) lack of capacity and know-how; (ii) lack of development and project financing; and (iii) lack 
of
consumer demand. Removal of these barriers will create a sustainable market for economically viable 
energy efficiency projects and services, and achieve national and global environmental benefits.
