Concluded activities include best-practice distribution investments such as metering and roll-out of HV distribution systems (completed in Abuja Suburbs Kubwa and Karu) leading to Public Disclosure Copy improved revenue recovery (meters), enhanced quality of supply, reduced electricity theft and lower losses. The project is also funding key TA support to BPE, notably consultancy support to develop the TCN management contract due to become effective in July 2012.
