Amendment to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement among the
Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association concerning the Marseille Center for Mediterranean
Integration Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF No. 071415)
Excellency:
1.    We refer to the Administration Agreement (the "Administration Agreement")
signed on April 4, 2014 between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (the "Donor") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the "Bank"), regarding the Marseille Center for
Mediterranean Integration Multi-Donor Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") (TF071415).
2.    We are pleased to acknowledge on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to extend the end disbursement date until June 30, 2019.
3.    Section 8.1 of Annex 2 to the Administration Agreement is therefore amended to
read as follows:
"8.1. It is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the Bank by
June 30, 2019. The Bank shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes
of this Agreement after such date with the written approval of the Donors".
4.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
5.    The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund
in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information
on this Trust Fund.

6.    Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing, dating, and returning to us the enclosed copy of this Amendment. Upon receipt by
the Bank of the copy of this Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will
become effective as of the date of the countersignature.
