                         Implementation Status Overview
                          The project became effective on March 2011 after delays with the subsidiary agreement due to the creation of NICTA, the new National ICT Authority. The PIU is in place in the
                         Department of Communications and Information, and several consultancies are expected to be introduced this FY. However, multiple procurement reviews have been required for
                         some packages, which have caused additional delay. The PIU and the Bank team are working on these issues and look forward to solving all procurement matters shortly.
